January 30th, 2011 - Virginia State Senator Janet Howell added an amendment to a recent bill which would enforce mandatory ultrasounds before patients could receive an abortion procedure. In this amendment, Ms. Howell suggested mandatory rectal examinations and cardiac health tests before patients could receive erectile dysfunction medication.
